F1 Tickets - Full Refund Not Being Given

I purchased tickets from one of the F1 ticket providers for the 2020 Dutch Grand Prix which was cancelled. The provider is now saying the race is not cancelled, but postponed to 2021 and that due to 'unrecoverable' costs they are not offering 100% refund, but circa 85%. The only way I can have 100% transfer is to sign a contract to attend in 2021 even though the dates are not known. If I accept the refund I have to wait until the new dates for 2021 are announced at which time they will pay me my 85% but not until 60 days after the new race dates have been published.
I haven't yet tried the credit card route but wondered if anyone else is having the same issues and has there been any success in receiving either a 100% refund or a more proportionate amount? The company concerned have now shut down comments on their social media pages.

This kind of thing really winds me up. Yes there will be a 2021 Dutch Grand Prix, but there would have been one anyway. There will never be a 2020 Dutch Grand Prix, so it clearly hasn't been "postponed".Ventrav said:The provider is now saying the race is not cancelled, but postponed to 2021
I've seen a few annual events being announced like that.
(I sympathise btw; I was supposed to be going to the Spanish GP and am currently £1166 out of pocket between two of us, because the travel agents are being an absolute disgrace)0
