Hi thank you i apologie also , just probley being over sensitive

Atm i have never missed a payment on any debts but that will change in the next few month so i will take your advice with the tokken payments moving forward.
Bankcrupcy i have thought off but been so reckless on loans Lied etc

i have been very very depressed last year or so and had a zero care in the world Which is wrong of me.0 -
Understandable to be sensitive in the situation - it's really hard to bare any part of our lives to be looked at, even more so when we feel we have messed up. It's great that you spoke up and said how you felt and even better that you have stuck with us.
Team = Together Everyone Achieves More
I can help with budgeting advice, but I'll leave the IVA/Bankruptcy/creditor payments advice to those who know more. Just know that there is nothing wrong with starting again.

i have been very very depressed last year or so and had a zero care in the world Which is wrong of me.No one who goes bankrupt has done so because of a perfect credit history, far from it, reckless behaviour is the norm, you would only be rejected if any kind of fraud was involved, which is not the case with you, it may be a way out of this for you, but i emplore you to run your situation past National Debtline, and be careful, as there are many fake wanna be sites with similar sounding names. This is their website -ND will give you free, advice on your options, they are impartial, and have nothing to sell you, so the advice given is always in your best interests.Don`t do anything until you have spoken to them, or someone else with no interest in selling you anything.

Trust me, your children would much rather have a happy, healthy, penniless dad than a wealthy dead dad. And I'm guessing you are still very young so plenty of time to build a worthwhile legacy for your children.

I know it makes sense.
Just really hard when all friends round me av mortgages and im just in financial mess.
Would be alot easier if i could get a council house or something for a bit of stability but that will never happen not that lucky.0 -
We never really know how our friends are doing, they might be in similar situations for the same or different reasons. Plus they might be unhappy in their relationships, have unbearable kids, etc etc. Hopefully not, but we all are all dealt a different hand - all you can do at any point is your best to figure out the right action then get the ball rolling. I think you'd have a better weekend if you called National debt line in sourcrates post today - then you can spend (figuratively not literally
) a lovely weekend with your family
