Second Hand Card
Hi I bought a second hand car from a car dealership on 26th May 20, a fault developed and the car was returned on 10th June since this time I have had no contact from even though I have emailed and called them and they won’t reply to the messages.i have read that if a fault develops with a car inside 30 days you can ask for a refund if so is there any legislation I can use and what is the process

You can invoke your Initial Right To Reject per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, but the seller can require you to prove that the fault exists and was there at the time of sale (i.e. inherent). After 30 days any fault is assumed to be inherent (given the age of the goods and the price paid) and the seller must prove otherwise.0
