Picture removed to save space but it is an official claim form. What you should worry about is that you seem to have missed the NEWBIE thread completely and then hi-jacked someone else's thread. Read the NEWBIE sticky because you will need to take action and then start your own thread, giving details of original PCN and how you did/didn't deal with it.odin81 said:hi
Recived this one letter a day ago anything to worry and how to fight back with them .

It's a court claim form. You have to take that seriously unless you want a CCJ for 6 years by ignoring it.
The NEWBIES thread tell you what to do and the TEMPLATE DEFENCE thread is also at the top of the forum.
I am glad you came back here now because we want consumers to pour their heart out while the Government is listening:Please now make a real difference - A TASK FOR SEPTEMBER.
The Government is (this month only) consulting about a new statutory code of practice (CoP) and framework to rein in the rogue parking firms. Read and comment on the draft CoP proposal and the enforcement framework consultation, and get everyone you know to do the same.
You will need to register to comment on the CoP and enter an occupation even if you are retired or a homemaker, but otherwise it is easy to navigate, and comment upon each section/subsection individually. You can save comments to edit later and or submit comments once you are happy with them.

You do not need to register to comment on the enforcement framework which can be found here. It has a link on page 5 to make comments.

Please be heard. You can bet the hundreds of PPCs will be commenting. No apologies for repeating this vital 'call for action' to consumers, on every thread this month!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Good Day Everyone,
Please can I ask for some urgent advice, as I have just received a letter from Gladstones/PCM UK Ltd saying a CCJ has been obtained against me, quoting a Claim No. that I am unfamiliar with (I checked credit file & it's also showing on there.)
I have never had any dealings with either of these 2, except for the original PCN relating to this thread (where I followed all the advice and have a hearing date for much later this year, at a local court - so I am baffled about this CCJ being obtained against me!)
I called Northampton Court and they confirmed the CCJ is relating to the original incident in this thread - but the Claim Numbers are different - and so they said I need to speak to Gladstones if I believe they have duplicated my PCN/claim. I'm planning on doing so but would like some guidance on how to proceed - as I know the advice is generally not to make direct contact with them - and to ask if anybody knows of other cases where Gladstones have done the same thing and, if so, what the outcomes were.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Where does Bank Park and DCB Legal come into this? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks. Typical example of the hijack potentially throwing the whole thread off course. Should have spotted the miscreant post's author - but one and a half eyes on the England v Poland game! 🤓Castle said:

@nattyq not much danger of saying the wrong thing - they've already got judgment and you know nothing about the claim!
If you can, I suggest you get them to email a pdf of the claim form and the judgment order as you can then deal with it - whether that's payment (however unlikely) or set aside.
If you've never had the documents, one might hazard a guess that there's an incorrect address on the claim form, which is why you need to see the actual document.
