What counts as a home insurance claim?

I'm just sorting out home insurance and I'm wondering what constitutes a claim, as you have to insert all claims you've made on your home insurance in the past.
We currently live in a 2 bed semi with one toilet. A couple of weeks ago, our toilet stopped flushing. We used home emergency to get a plumber round and some parts in the tank were replaced. This job would have cost less than £100 and no excess was paid to our home insurance at all.
Would this be a claim I insert into the forms when I'm looking for new home insurance? I had a look the other day and there wasn't actually an option on comparethemarket for our claim which is why I ask.
Thanks for any help.
