Cheap Energy Club Query

Does the CEC not show tariffs available from your own suppliers website, except perhaps for their Standard Variable tariff?
My EDF electricity only tariff ends on 30th June, and according to CEC the best result is actually EDF's Standard Variable, but there are even cheaper tariffs on EDF's own site which don't appear in CEC results.
Thanks.

It will, but if you filter it by electricity only the tariffs in question will not show if they are dual fuel only.

@Neil_Jones
Thanks for replying.
On the EDF site I've selected single fuel only and it offers me 5 tariffs. 4 of them are cheaper than their Standard Variable. Therefore all 5 are available for electricity only.
None of the 5 tariffs appear on the CEC result.
CEC only shows the EDF Standard Variable tariff and ones with names like Simply Online 1year Fix (month)(version).
Presumably, these are deals which have been negotiated to be only on comparison sites because they don't appear on EDFs website, and in this case, the Simply Online tariffs are more expensive than the Standard Variable.
We are always being advised to switch by using comparison sites to get the cheapest deal but it seems to me the CEC isn't giving me the complete picture of what is available.
One thing I can't do at the moment and that's find any deal cheaper than my current one ending on the 30th.0 -
There are a number of other comparison sites .
standard tariffs are usually the most expensive .

Just tried Citizens Advice and Switch with Which and EDF Standard Variable is cheapest, as it was on CEC. Again, none of EDFs own website tariffs appear.
So I've signed up for EDFs Total Service Long-Term (as described on their website) or Total Service 2 Year Fix Jul22 (E7) as described in their online letter to me.
Should anyone else be interested these are the key features:Key features
Tariff
- Rates fixed until tariff ends on 31 July 2022
- Call centre and 24/7 Live Chat support
- Bills and updates sent electronically or by post
- Pay by Direct Debit or cash/cheque
- No early exit fees
Smart meter installation
With this tariff, you'll get a smart meter when our installation team reaches your area.
This will be a new-generation smart meter, compatible with all suppliers.
If you don't want a smart meter, you can tell us at any time.
I'm not up to date with the latest thoughts on smart meters so I shall probably be continuing to refuse to have one.

But how much extra do you pay .

Is that the EDF tariff with electricity at 16p a unit? Why pay that when other suppliers charge 11p or less?2
