TUI Refund from Hays Travel Finally came through

When our holiday (20th May) was cancelled  we explicitly told Hays travel we didn't want the offer of a voucher and insisted on full refund. Hays were excellent in managing my expectations and explaining how TUI were working and when we could expect a refund.  Well we have a full refund 2 weeks ahead of when it was expected. Hays have always been very good when we've booked with them previously and will continue to do so as and when things return to normal.
