Hi, I have a leak in the boiler. I was just wondering if you anyone knew what's causing it and if it needs a plumber or is an easy fix? Image below (valve above cup?

We have a Worcester Bosch Combi boiler which is 13 years old and water started dripping from it a few weeks ago. The gas engineer said it was the left hand block that needed replacing. It cost £270
which also included a service. I googled the part which was under £20 so I thought it was a bit excessive but at least its OK now. He did say that if it had been the right block it would have cost a lot more.
