Virgin Atlantic C/C - anyone else having trouble signing in ?

Hi all,

as per title - anyone else having trouble signing in to a Virgin Atlantic Credit Card account over last couple days ?

Its not password related.

We can't carry out this request right now. Please call us on 0800 085 3210. We're here 24/7.

Obviously i will attempt to contact them if issue dosnt clear, just checking if its widespread ?

Update :  Spoke to them and after they confirmed that there were no blocks on account, advised me that they recommended to use IE browser to access their site, which actually worked ! ( had been using Firefox, strange though because never had any issues getting on the site with FF before... )
