in Credit cards
Hello,
So I have a virgin credit card that had £20 outstanding balance, I cancelled my direct debit and just paid the remaining £20 two weeks before the direct debit usually comes out, just because one less thing to worry about. However, my payment was reversed the next day(7th), then two days later (9th) I was hit with a late payment charge and a failed payment charge.
I'm pretty confused because the money came out of my debit card and then was refunded, and it's not like I missed my payment that's due at the end of the month as this was two and a bit weeks before. I've never had any late payment issues before so I'm not sure what to do. I haven't received any communications bout any issues from virgin, and I've only just by accident logged into virgin money app to see this. Any advice?
