Hi, I need some advice, I have a debt with Sky of £277 and it's passed to a debt collection agency but I am going to pay the full debt balance on 11th July, once I paid it, will Sky turn my TV channels back on? or will they not let me re-join? as my TV service have been disconnected and I need my Sky Q back on so that's why I am going to clear it from next month.

I tried contacting Sky but they not accepting any calls at the minute. Any advice would be great, thank you.

It's up to Sky whether they reconnect you or not but if you are asking "do they have to accept me as a customer again?", I would say no they don't.

If its been passed to a DCA then i think your beyond the point of them taking you back as a customer anytime soon. How long was the debt left unpaid for?
