Furlough and holiday pay

I'm currently on furlough. Boss said I could use some of my holidays to top up to 100%. So I was under the impression id be using 20% of my holidays to top that up.
I've now been informed that I've been deducted my weeks worth holiday pay - 32 hours. Is this right? Shes stating its the rules set by hmrc ? 20% to top it up to 100% should only be around 6.5 hours surely? Not deducting a whole weeks holiday from me???

No you get your holiday pay as normal, it is the employer that can claim back 80% of the cost.
