Reclaimed Advantage gold service fees - Natwest

Hello All, In 2007 I asked for these monthly service applied to my account to be refunded. I never asked for them. The Natwest said NO!!! We are the big bank and you are not important.. Well last week I asked them again and today I received a cheque, with interest and they said they were sorry!!!! Never give up, Never surrender
