Solicitor has my money

After reclaiming PPI I was contacted by a firm who told me I could claim back tax that I had paid on my PPI claim pay out.
Long story short, HMRC contacted me to say they owed me money, cheque went to solicitors, solicitors contacted me for bank details 27th May and said it would be in my bank within 7 - 14 days, still haven't got the money after phoning twice and both times they said it would be in my account either that day or the day after.
Is there anything I can do that will make this solicitor jump and pay me my money?!

Not really. It'll come in due course.
But don't use any more third parties for something that only costs a stamp for you to do yourself.0 -
Are you sure they are solicitors? Or do you mean they solicited (asked for) your business?
