My new employer has only been there 2 months and no way did I think I was getting made redundant I wasn’t given any notice I’ve had nothing I never claimed paid leave
I was on 0 hours contract I worked there 12 and was tupe several times and my new employer has only been there 2 months and I was made redundant without any notice no holiday pay or redundancy or notice period pay
They don't need to give you any redundancy pay or notice as you were on
a zero hour contract, they still need to pay you the holidays you have accrued
though.
I thought they had to give you notice when you do the same shifts every week and I was tupe as well I worked the same days for years and nobody changed my shifts
