I was on 0 hours contract I worked there 12 and was tupe several times and my new employer has only been there 2 months and I was made redundant without any notice no holiday pay or redundancy or notice period pay0
-
I would worked there 12 years0

They don't need to give you any redundancy pay or notice as you were on a zero hour contract, they still need to pay you the holidays you have accrued though.

I thought they had to give you notice when you do the same shifts every week and I was tupe as well I worked the same days for years and nobody changed my shifts0

You could try ACAS, as you were working the same shifts each week for 12 years you could probably claim that it was not really a zero hour contract.
