Santander Online Activity Log

Just wondering if any other Santander online users have noticed the absence of any information in their online activity log.
Normally the log is located via “other services” and used to contain full details of logins and detail of what activity has taken place while logged into the account.
I needed to check something this evening only to find that the log was completely empty!
It did occur to me that I had not viewed the log since I downgraded to Santander Lite.
Could it be that this feature is no longer available to Lite users?
Unfortunately the chat bot was neither use nor ornament in seeking an answer

It used to be that this popped up when you logged out (it certainly wasn't historic past the current session IIRC), but it hasn't done it for ages. It did use to work on Lite but I suspect its broken due to the upgrades they've done on Online Banking.

It still pops up for me as I log out, giving details of the current session. I do recall it being available for previous sessions via other services as per the OP.Neil_Jones said:It used to be that this popped up when you logged out (it certainly wasn't historic past the current session IIRC), but it hasn't done it for ages. However, like the OP, I have not used this since I downgraded to Lite. It would, though surprise me if was only available in the 123 account but not in the Lite account. There would be no point as it would be an unnecessary software variation between the two versions.
Therefore, I assume that it is either a temporary glitch or deliberately removed for some unknown reason.1 -
Thanks for the replies.
I was interested in this having received an email from Santander today explaining amongst other things that I was required to login to the account at least once every three months according to the T and C’s. Not sure what happens if for some reason you fail to achieve this “target”.
Won’t be a problem for me, but my wife very rarely logs into her own account.0 -

Well it does tell you this in the T&Cs and on the website when you sign up for an account that you have to log in at least once every three months. Its a requirement of the eligibility for the cashback much like the need to pay £500 in every month, so presumably if you don't do it the worst that can happen is that you don't get the cashback. But of course all your statements and what not are sent to it, so its in your best interest to log in regularly anyway.

How does your wife manage her account? Does she get paper statements?inspectorperez said:Thanks for the replies.

Yes it does!alanwsg said:Does using the App count as 'Logging-in to the account"?
From Santander's notification mail:
This account offers you the same cashback as the 1|2|3 Current Account but for the lower monthly account fee of £1. The main difference is that you need to make sure you log on to Online or Mobile Banking at least once every 3 months.
