Garden clearance

Hi All
I am looking for some advice on the costs involved in clearing out my back garden. The total length is about 12-13m and about 70-80cms in width along it where I want the weeds and gone (maybe rotavating it will pull out the roots??) I then need a small raised bed (About 1.5sqm) with concrete borders gone and the area levelled. Finally a clear out of the back entrance gate which is overgrown.

How much should this cost? I live in London (inside m25). I have had a couple of quotes - one for £250 and another for £480 so nearly double!
