CCJ and Six years

Hi.  Wondering if anyone can help.  I have a CCJ that was filed six years ago this week which was marked satisfied two years ago. According to Credit Karma my next report will be produced in 3 days, which is after the 6th anniversary of the filing.  I am waiting on renting a property and the estate agent needs to know that the CCJ won't show up when they do the search ( they are aware of the situation). I can't seem to find a way of contacting Credit Karma to ask them directly, but does anyone know if there is a timelag on the removal of CCJs after six years, or if they will drop off automatically after six years, based on the day the next report is generated?

6 years to the date usually.

Yep, all automatic, no one needs to do anything, will just no longer show after the 6 yrs is up.

I have discovered a CCJ that has been on my file for 4 years and 6 months. This is unsatisfied and I have a balance of around £200 to pay.
what happens After 6 years of this is unpaid? 

If I pay this now will it drop off in 1yr 6 months or Will It alter and be 6 years after the date it’s paid?
