I won't buy from anybody that puts "no returns" on their listings.  You just know that if there is a problem the seller is likely to be difficult.

I have a no returns policy - generally lower value items and I can't be doing with the faffing around of change of mind purchases when I only sell the odd thing once in a while anyway. I can honestly say that I've not been difficult where there's been a problem, though.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

I have full return policies on all my private account, change of mind returns allowed and buyer pays return. Don't think I've ever had a return (Cue dozens being opened today now!)
