Answer - 20 miles (says 11 miles on the website)

Answer - 300 years (this is a guess as I can't find anything anywhere about the age but all the properties in this region appear to be 18th century)

Apologies, it took me so long to find & post the answers the other posters answers weren't here when I started. We have a different answer re the villas so not sure which it is as I assumed La Bastide & La Grange were both villas

I've found this re the age of La Bastide.
