Hi
We had a holiday booked for Spain which was due to depart on the 4/6 this year .. aside from a generic email sent to all customers back in March to advise all holidays suspended we have heard nothing else ... despite numerous daily emails sent to every email address I can find , no response at all.. so no correspondence and of course no refund.  Very frustrating hearing nothing at all...I know of so many family and friends who have departure dates in the future with different travel companies who have already had their refunds ... any advice on where we go from here  would be greatly appreciated.

    Write directly to Jacqueline Dobson who I  think calls the shots these days - either CEO or ManDir. She is very approachable and maybe you can escalate your enquiry, but some clients from March haven't had anything yet and because so many employees from all travel agents and operators are on furlough, it could go on into next year. Sorry and good luck!

  • Melanie21, just wondering if you have checked your booking on their website?   They may have information on there.  I don't know specifically about Barrhead but I know lots of other booking agents are corresponding this way and giving options to request rebook or refund.  Worth a shot?
