Anyone use Artemis please? Im having a problem logging in . I could swear when I last logged on , the first thing the login page asked me for , was my user ID . Now I am only confronted with an inital login page asking for email address and password , (which it doesnt recognize ). If anyone who has a normal account with them would mind telling me the sequence of what theyre asked for immediately after clicking login, Id be grateful .

I have had a similar situation. I suspect that the website asking for your email & password will be artemis.com while the one you previously entered your userid & pin will begin manageyourinvestments.co.uk

Hi , yes thank you , it was basically that. Took me quite a while to find the right thing as whatever I typed in even with UK in it , the list of options Google came up with , even ones giving a London address , still came up as dot com ! Compounded by me using the 'my acc' button at the top rather than scrolling down far enough ! Bad brain day. Thanks for replying.0
