Lost credit card account information

I know this sounds foolish but I have lost my virgin credit card and all the paperwork about the account somewhere in my house - now I don't know how to contact the company or make inquiries about the account because I don't have any information. The monthly direct debit doesn't give me anything useful and of course the company doesn't have a phone number whereby I can talk to a person. How can I retrieve my account information?

Surely their published number for those who've lost their cards must have an option for folk who didn't have a note of the card number or any paperwork, such as when losing a card while on holiday or away from home for example?

Which bank are you with ? All of my 6 credit cards have the full numbers shown in the DDs.  Your bank will be able to give you the number as it is the reference number for the payment.

Ring them up. They take you through security with your information. They find you on the system and jobs a good un.

Or you turn the house upside down to find the information. 

Here's hoping no one is using your card, as delay in reporting can lead to liability for debt...

Don't you get a monthly statement, either online or paper copy in the mail ?

Dear me, the direct debit has a reference which in most cases will be the account number.
