Administrator Issues

Options
Hi all, does anyone have any stories about administrator problems of an intestate estate? I have trawled the internet and have come across some cases but it would be interesting to hear what others have experienced. I know an administrator can’t be removed simply on the grounds of hostility and I’m not seeking to remove them. Thank you

Why on earth would anyone volunteer to be the administrator of an insolvent estate, unless they didn't do their homework properly and either didn't understand the personal risk they were running, or had no meaning of knowing it was insolvent until they'd started down the unhappy path known as 'intermeddling' and it is now too late to turn back?
Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!

The OP says 'intestate' not 'insolvent'.

Your idiotic drivel has indeed gone above my head. You were being sarcastic? I thought sarcasm involved wit.

The OP's question may be too broad for meaningful responses.

"any stories about administrator problem" gives little information about the type of problem the OP would welcome assistance with.

I think the OP will have to be a little more specific.  However, there are rules to intestacy so I would have thought you just abide by them.
