furlough again!

Hello, I furloughed my one employee at the end of March and am in the process of furloughing again for the period of mid April to mid May but it says I cannot furlough, you must enrol for paye but I did this at the beginning. Have I missed something? Do I need to enrol again? thanks

If you received a payment from the CJRS for the first furlough, they must have accepted that you have enrolled for PAYE, and have made a mistake. Quote the reference to them.0

Yes it was accepted and I have put everything in again but no luck. Anyone else had problems?0
