Help and advice plz

Hello I really need some advice, if i have posted in the wrong section please move me.

I have a barclaycard debt from 3 years ago. My partner was out of work and i couldnt pay them. I contatced nationaldebtline for advice. After going through my weekly monies i was advised to offer b/card £10 a month. They refused this offer so i was advised again to re offer it. They refused again even after sending them a layout of money in and out.

Nationaldebtline then advised me to write to B/card saying if they wanted money then they was to take me to court. I did this and never heard from them again. (Since march 07)

Well my partner and i split, and i am now a single mum with 4 kids. So xmas is gonna be tight. I applied for a loan from the budget loan place in d.h.s.s.

They approved that i could have the sum of £600 for repairs to my washing machine and xmas.

They money went in and the nest day B/card took £235.35 without any knowledge to myself. Not even a letter. I will be speaking with them asap monday morning, but are they allowed to do this.

Last contact was march 07. My account is in barclays. This is downright theft to me as nobody contacted me at all.

What can i do? Thanks
