For 6 months (since I switched) I have been billed by both companies. I have sent multiple photos of meters, got various promises (even a complaint number 016373926340) but can I get these 2vprovidets to take the initiative and talk to each other!? Not a chance.
I've paid every bill from both (now over 2k cumulative) but I'm now fed up. UWC just tells me I'm their customer but won't initiate a conversation & Eon just sends an email about once a month.
Any suggestions on how to move this forward/raise it to a higher complaint level would be appreciated.
Oh and for anyone switching in an old building, just make sure the new provider takes over the right line!!!!

Thank you MWT for posting the link.
Do you have an online account with us? I would suggest looking at the meter serial numbers on the account and check these against the numbers on the physical meters, are we billing to accurate reads?
We can also check the national data bases for you, there may be a slight delay at the moment as we have limited staff, but please do get in touch.
Thank you
