Online appointment booking ( app )

I have recently started volunteering at my local Legion club, two tasks too undertake but similar needs. the main hall bookings needs to be updated from a sharp pencil / rubber and exercise book, the second after having the snooker table recovered is to promote its use. Both i think would benefit from an online app but with different purposes. The hall would generally be morning, afternoon , evening or whole day bookings whereas the snooker would be one hour sessions . Both would see price variations, has anyone come across an easy to use " free" booking app that would be on apple / android as well as home .  Were not opening for a while so I have some time to work on this.
I do have access to a business 365 account as a local councillor , this is a recent addition and on first attempt to use for the RBL It asked every councillor to act as admins which whilst im good to use got me a little telling off. TIA

Seems a classic case of wanting to use flakey, unreliable technology to solve a problem that doesn't need solving.

Being prepared to use taxpayer-paid resources intended for your role as a councillor for personal use suggests that you are unfit to serve as a councillor.

Yep if the exercise book works well, then why change?  Things have turned full circle now.  A neatly kept exercise book will impress many people these days especially CEO's of businesses and professionals like accountants.

thanks for the responses, unfit.  both are voluntary roles so why not make full use of something already paid for and get maximum benefit. yes pencils are great i suppose i should man my own mobile 24/7 to increase the bookings and therfore viability of the club.    as the suggestions say dont take advantage and also stick to paper, bookings will now not be viable as you have to come into the building when open to arrange your times.

not really was trying to get a booking system that could take data 24/7 instead you suggest stick to 4 hours per night when open.  on the use of the software it is an allowable use my problem was after using a mac i couldnt get my head around microsoft and included all my council colleagues.

4 hours of booking opportunity Mon to Fri and just a little more Sat & Sun is better than 24/7 online, I foresaw the 2 running side by side to increase the possible use.

There are various online schedule management tools that could suit.   Unless anyone here has direct experience of using one of them, it's going to be tricky to know whether they might fit your requirements.

You'd need to examine the possible solutions to work out what is achievable under the various pricing plans.   Most of them have a restricted free plan, and that may or may not be enough.

I haven't named any names because I'm not in a position to recommend anything, but I'm happy to post what I found.
