247 Spares. Still ripping people off

I have made the mistake of using 247 Spares, do not use them. They get third party suppliers to send the parts. I received the wrong part and after many emails they accepted to take the part back. I had to post the part back to SAM Auto Parts Birmingham at my own expense. They then informed me they didn’t have an alternative and would issue a refund within 5 Days. Two months and ten emails later, no refund and all emails ignored. Please do not use this website and never use Sam Auto Parts Birmingham. They are con artists and just taking people’s money under false pretences.
