Worried about squatters in a vacant property
Comments
-
I saw some kind of bailiff programme a while ago where they were evicting squatters from a disused office building. I remember them saying since squatting in residential property had been criminalised it very rarely happens. Squatters have moved on to squatting in commercial buildings as the owners have to go through the courts, taking months, to get them out. Whereas with residential the police can just be called.
But yeah board up the doors and windows. You don’t want people getting in and damaging the property/setting fire to it.0 -

Thankfully an old video and no longer applies to residential.Poster_586329 said:2024 wins: *must start comping again!*0
