HSBC, Recognizing PPI request but..

Hello!
I applied through MSE's PPI resolver last year and recently got a reply through HSBC.
HSBC are offering me compensation for a different loan, (Actually a loan that I already have received compensation for) but seems they're ignoring the actual real claim.
How can I play this? The compensation they are offering is for a HSBC small loan of £1000, but the loan I'm trying to claim on was for £7000.
I wasn't able to find out all of the details of my loan while going through the PPI Resolver, so gave the info as accurate as I could. MSE's PPI Resolver can't really answer such enquiries.
I imagine HSBC are pretty tactical with these things, delays etc, and concerned as the deadline ended last year, although my claim was before the deadline they have ignored the real claim and offering me compo' for an inferior loan.

If you feel they have responded to the wrong account, just let them know.
They're obviously not being tactical with it, because you complained before the deadline. The only reason for them to delay dealing with the complaint is if they want to pay you more than they need to, but that's not likely.0 -
It could be that the £7,000 loan didn’t have PPI but in fairness to you, they’ve investigated one that didhelpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
