TGRAV - A Warning

Just a word of warning if planning on buying from the above company...DON'T!

I purchased the new PS3 bundle from them when the new console prices came out. I opted for them rather than the big names like Game...big mistake.

The price they advertised on their site was not the price the sold for. After buying and having the order accepted...and money taken...they changed the order and had the details on the website removed. The bundle came without 2 controllers which was NOT what was ordered.

After some emails back and forth they promised to send the 2nd controller BUT only after I proved I had the original offer details. They were to dumb to realise that pulling the offer from the website doesn't mean people haven't taken and saved said details.

To date I have never received the 2nd controller. The emails are now being ignored.

In summary: these people are cowboys. In the run up to Christmas please do not be taken in by them by promises of low prices etc. I have never had to post anything like this about a company but I feel people should be aware that they will be ripped off.

I rarely use forums because of people like you and because if this I thought I would post a a reply.

I have used tgrav.com for most of my Christmas shopping, all has arrived when they said and at the best prices I could find.

Maybe you should give them a call, they have a phone number on their website (which most don't!) as you are clearly soooooo angry. I have spoken to them a few times and cannot fault their service. One person told me that they are a new site....maybe you should give them a break....mistakes happen and I am sure they would be happy to rectify their mistake.

Tgrav called me. Royal Mail had messed up several deliveries, including recorded deliveries. I received the missing part of the order and had a follow-up call and a follow-up email.

So credit where its due. A problem arose and they went the extra mile to correct it, although it seems Royal Mail are more to blame. So given that, they are worth dealing with again
