Hello,
I have a holiday booked on 31st August 2020 to Portugal, booked with Love Holidays. I am unsure about going so close to easing of lockdown. My query is Am I entitled to a credit note instead of choosing to go on holiday this August.

No, unless they cancel. Im due to go the same time to salou. I've tried to change dates but they want an extra £500 and ryanair want an extra £480 to move the flights! I'm just hanging on and hoping it gets cancelled. Mine too is booked with love holidayssharon_peek said:Hello,

What you will be entitled to will depend of the advice at the time of your holiday.

Thankyou for your info. I was led to believe that you did not get charged for changing dates and flights. So very annoying as I cannot get hold of love holidays.jazzyja said:

I accepted a credit note from Travel Republic for the holiday that they cancelled in March.I cannot get in touch with them by any means: phone line closed & they are not responding to any messages or posts on social media. All I want to do is rebook using the voucher but all the time the holiday I want is increasing in price and eventually I won’t be able to afford it as the credit note will not cover the cost.Does anyone know if I can ask for a refund now instead of accepting the credit note?0
