Please help! Advice on possible new fascias and soffits

Hi. I have a gutter that is leaking at all the joints. I had my specialist come out and he recommended we repair the joints apart from one. That one is over a garage with no access. Can't get on the roof due to asbestos cement tiles so would need scaffolding at a cost of £500. Not happening for a joint however we have got timber fascia and soffits so could use this an opportunity to replace them and get new gutters put in. BUT we plan on retiling the whole house roof in the next 5 years. Do we leave the gutter leaking down the fascia now risking wet rot (house is timber frame) or do we pay out and get all replaced but know we are losing money on scaffolding, a skip and gutters as we will need them all over again when we do the roof!? Please help, I'm driving myself crazy!
