Fee for PPI

Hello
I made a claim for PPI thru Resolver last year
I have just received a cheque from their legal team and 20% has been deducted for their fees
I did it thru Resolver for convenience and I thought I wouldn't be charged
Just checking if it is right for them to do this The letter says in accordance with your authority they have deducted our fee

Resolver don't charge a fee. It's just an email forwarding service for people who are too nervous to send it directly.
You appear to have used a claims company..

Neither of those companies are Resolver.
Ask the claims company for evidence of your contract with them.1
