I'm no lawyer but i do know, you own the airspace above your land by law and assuming you didnt have an agreement with your neighbour they may well be a trespass, even if you cannot reach them or they don’t interfere with the day to day use of your land.0 -
It would help if you could ask them to do something specific, like fix the cracked concrete and make it look nicer on your side.
Then you could ask them to make specific changes and see what their response is.0 -
