My wife’s daughter has recently come to live with us again, she is at uni but travels and lives here to save money.
I don’t have her registered as living her on council tax as there already 2 adults registered so paying full council tax.
I have discovered that she is still telling the uni that she lives with her dad, he is unemployed On benefits and lives in a deprived area( not my words)
me and her mum take home 70k.
me and her mum take home 70k.
Now she is getting money she is not entitled to by all accounts? Also her dad is still getting benefits for her. So basically fraud.
What I am worried about now is Because I have not put her on the council tax Would I be classed as part of it?
Thanks in advance
