    To be honest I thought it was a lot easier than what a face to face would be because I got more time to prepared and practice because all they had you do was record answers to questions so it didn’t have you speaking to anyone else. 
    The thing with that though, is that the standard of answers will probably be higher as people will be able to prepare their response to the questions asked - also if you go off track, you won't see the body language/facial expressions, or be asked a question from the another angle/asked to clarify.

    I’d not thought of that as the strength questions in my my interview were on the spot questions not able to prepare for  .

     Very true and I do expect the standard to be higher since more preparation was possible. I’ll wait and see how it goes.
