Can I cancel a payment that is no longer pending for a faulty car service?

in Credit cards
We recently had work done on our car and paid by credit card. When we got home, we found the work was either not done, shoddy or faulty. The car doesn’t even lock now which probably invalidates the insurance if it’s stolen. The front grill has also been broken. Is there any way to retract our payment? Thanks

No.
If you feel there has been a breach of contract, you can sort it with the retailer or via chargeback/section 75.1 -
I would get the work done, then claim for a refund of the new work with a Section 75
