    I haven't left a review! I don't understand why you're so confrontational towards me?!

It was just a guess. One of the reviews got this reply"Unfortunately racism still exist. You hate indian voice and want a refund because an Indian was assisting you. This is really very unfortunate. We are taking a legal advice and will take this matter further. If you have any question, please feel free to email us. Kind regards 99home team"

Because you're a landlord advertising commercial premises for rent.
Is there anything similar to Consumer Rights that applies to businesses? I don't even own the shop, I just wanted to find someone to over as my business had closed down due to COVID-19.
Ok then, you're a business trying to dispose of your leasehold interest in commercial premises - still not a consumer.
There's no real equivalent statutory protection for businesses - you're deemed to have enough commercial nouse to understand and negotiate contracts with suppliers etc, and/or to seek professional advice if necessary.

Thanks for clarifying that. Would consumer rights act apply if I were renting out a residential property, for example a flat?

Probably not, you'd be operating a residential lettings business.
