It was just a guess. One of the reviews got this reply"Unfortunately racism still exist. You hate indian voice and want a refund because an Indian was assisting you. This is really very unfortunate. Thanks for clarifying that. Would consumer rights act apply if I were renting out a residential property, for example a flat?
