Sudden PPI queries from Bank

I have been trying to complain about charges generally with Lloyd's inc PPI. When the deadline came Aug 19 I submitted a claim via Resolver hoping to at last get a response. Suddenly this week they have made contact only about PPI with a load of questions regarding 2 of the 5 incidents listed. What are they after. As their treatment of him directly sent my husband to attempt suicide a few years ago I neither trust or like Lloyd's. Questioning is around recollection of sale, was he employed 6 months before, did he have savings, pre existing health conditions, anyother insurance, did we have staff. Help please this is the first time they have taken any interest in any of my complaint and I want it to stick

What are they after? It sounds like they’re questioning the things you’ve listed.helpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)1 -

Charges or PPI? (the two things being different)
Suddenly this week they have made contact only about PPI with a load of questions regarding 2 of the 5 incidents listed. What are they afterWe cannot possibly say what they are after as we do not have your files in front of us. However, typically contact is made if there is insufficient evidence on their files to support your allegations and they are looking to see if you have any or can explain discrepancies.
Questioning is around recollection of sale, was he employed 6 months before, did he have savings, pre existing health conditions, anyother insurance, did we have staff. Most firms have a database of employer benefits. So, maybe what you have alleged is different to what their records show. Maybe there is inconsistency in what you are saying in other areas that they cannot reconcile.
