Nationwide cash rewards

I've just got my Nationwide Select credit card statement and there is no cash reward accrued this month.
Has the cash reward been stopped and they haven't told me or is it because I got a refund of my holiday money and it won't be paid again until the cash reward money exceeds what I got for my holiday money?

You should get a letter before they make any changes to the cash reward scheme.
It's quite likely they don't pay a reward when you are spending on a credit balance, otherwise people would get rewarded for buying the wrong items and then returning them.0 -
I got my statement on 3rd Jun and the usual 0.25% was added to my rewards.0

On checking they actually give you a negative reward if the value of refunds on your statement is higher than the value of new transactions.0

Barclaycard have 'clawed back' the cashback originally credited on my holiday payment, which was refunded last month. I would expect all cards to do the same.0

American Express did with my holiday refunds too. Only at 0.5%, not the 5% I got when I booked them0
