Nominated custodian account for foreign shares

I have recently left a company where I had invested in a share plan. As I have left, they have sent a letter asking what I want to do with the shares, because they can’t stay in the plan. Since most shares have gone down recently, it makes sense to keep them for now.
I need to give them details of my nominated custodian account for the shares to be transferred into. How do I go about setting up a nominated custodian account and are there any recommended accounts? What is the process for transferring shares to it?
Searching online I can find accounts that talk about buying and selling shares and show ‘per transaction’ fees, but I don't really understand about the transferring of shares.
Just to add a bit of complication, the parent company was French, so the shares are traded on the Paris stock exchange. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I’m sure many investment platforms will be able to facilitate this, companies such as AJ Bell YouInvest, Hargreaves Lansdown, Interactive Investor etc..
I would check out their websites for further information and get in touch if you have any questions."If you aren’t willing to own a stock for ten years, don’t even think about owning it for ten minutes” Warren Buffett
