IHT online form

Options
I am trying to fill this form in online, instead of IHT205.
Everything passes to married spouse in the will. IE non-tax to pay.

AFAIK everything is in joint tenants (homes, accounts, savings account etc) with the exception of each s&s ISA, which are obviously individual.

Under the section total taken away from estate value- estate exemptions, do I put the total estate value, therefore total estate value is 0, or do I only put the joint tenants items and exclude the s&s isa?

Yes the s and shares isa wants probate, thus the reason for asking, and going through this.
I may just fill in iht205 paper form it's alot easier

OP you can't complete the IHT205 based on AFAIK - you need to establish what accounts exist and in whose names.
Why are you doing this? Are you named Executor?

Not IHT205-related but make sure S&S ISA transfers to surviving spouse as an Additional Permitted Subscription in order to retain its tax-free status.

It’s the total estate value, with everything going to the spouse box K should be zero.

I don’t think it is possible to do in specie when it is going to an ISA account in someone else’s name.
