                    Hi, I've been trying to log into my savings at Shawbrook over the past week but can never get in.  
Is anyone else having a similar problem?

            I've tried different devices. I'll give a few other browsers a try, been using Chrome.

            No joy on various devices, browsers or ISPs. Good to know someone can log in. I guess I'll have to contact Shawbrook.

            Do you have add ons installed on your device ? I have to disable a couple on mine when logging in to some secure sites.

            I've had trouble getting the open the log in page where you enter your customer number and password for weeks. I have tried different browsers (Chrome and Firefox) and settings. I have 4G mobile broadband with Three (maybe it's linked to that). If I use my phone on WiFi at home (Chrome browser) I get the same problem, but if I switch off WiFi and use mobile data on my phone it connects ok. One problem is if on my laptop I do get to to enter my details and press enter, the page can expire, and this counts as one strike as an incorrect password. If this happens several times I get locked out and have to ring them up to unlock my account. Last time I spoke to them they were going to get someone technical to ring back, but that never happened. By far the worst experience with online banking I've had.

            Intermittent issues with loading and timeouts on the login page for a few months particularly after midnight. Not related to browser or plugins, problem is on their end.

How is it that I can get straight in with an EE mobile data connection but not home broadband (Via 3 4G)?

Still having the same issue not being able to login on the Shawbrook web site. Have spoken to customer service who say there is an internal memo to take down customer details of people who are having problems with Three 4G Mobile Broadband as they are aware there is an issue. They don't have a resolution to this and are not actively investigating it.
