Tonik Energy: trying to understand their bills
Whenever I provide a meter reading Tonik energy provide me with an online bill. It doesn't say much, here is an example:

I'm on the "Go Green (1 Year) v14" tariff, which lists the following charges:

I'm on the "Go Green (1 Year) v14" tariff, which lists the following charges:
Electricity Unit Rate:
15.38p per kWh
Electricity Standing Charge:
19.75p per day
Gas Unit Rate:
2.99p per kWh
Gas Standing Charge:
17.27p per day
Now, according to the meter readings I provided, from September 2nd to October 2nd I used 26 units of Electric power and 28 units of gas. So I would have thought that my charges over this period would be
26 kWh *0.1538 £/kWh + 28 kWh * 0.0299 £/kWh = £4.836 for usage
and
(£0.1975/day+£0.1727/day)*31 days = £11.4762 for standing charge.
This is obviously a long way off the £36.93 they have calculated. Am I doing this totally wrong?

Apologies if I am stating the obvious, but that image I believe is page 1 only of a 4 page document. The normal format of Tonik bills (dual fuel) is a summary on page 1, electricity itemised detail on page 2, gas itemised detail on page 3 and explanatory narrative on page 40

...and you owe them £43-odd......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0 -
Why are you only paying £20 a month?0

At that time you were owing £43:44 but only paying £20:83 per month? for both? Really WOW!
Was that your first bill?
What is the Debit / Credit balance now? Are you still providing readings?
