Advice on buying land to add a garden to our property

It’s within a conservation area. I would not be able to develop this land. Also, it is a fairly small piece of land.. I’m not sure what I could even develop it into, considering it is also the back of 4 of my neighbours housesmartindow said:If I were one of the 16, I would be very reluctant to sell in case in the future you tried to develop this land. The only protection of your outlook is to own the land yourself.You might see it as unmaintained but a lot of people would like a wild area full of diversity outside their houses.0
