I've no idea! If it is, doesn't sound like a good idea to have it right next to the house beneath the window?App tells me it can be peanut, helianthus annuus, cucumis sativus, citrus limon, capsicum annuum, and a couple of others. None with much confidence though.

You might need to let it grow a bit bigger before you can identify it. Weeding when things are tiny often results in getting rid of self-seeded plants you wanted to keep.1
