Advanced Learner Loan or Student Loan

Hi guys,
About 5 years ago I enrolled in studying part time for HR degree, applied for a loan through SFE, but quit the course after 2 years. I feel ready to go back to studying and found a part time evening course for CIPD level 5 (4hr a week).

I understand that I can apply for Advanced Learner Loan, but unclear if this would pay the total of the course (£2145)? Or can I apply for Student Loan even though the course is not a degree level?
Thanks for your help!
