Didn't you ever check your bank statements?! Did you get the monthly magazines? You must have done, if the agent took your address and you were paying for it.
I shouldn't think you would be able to sue them now. On what grounds exactly? You accepted their goodwill gesture of £76. If you wanted to get more out of them you should have refused that and informed them that you intended to take them to court. This is just a very weird and fishy tale.
Please note - taken from the Forum Rules and amended for my own personal use (with thanks) : It is up to you to investigate, check, double-check and check yet again before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my posts. I made my previous statement on the basis that the OP didn't receive anything. If they did receive a monthly magazine etc. then their case is severely weakened.0

And what do you mean by 'its a weird and fishy tail'?0 -

OP. If you had taken them out of the plastic covers you would have seen they where all different. Products, Travel, Comuters, Cars, etc. You get monthly ones.
They are NOT the same ones you get for free. The only free ones I know about is the very small pocket type guides people can ask for? Retirement etc.
My view is that at the time during the call you agreed perhaps inadverinately to get a "free trial" for a month. That you could then contact Which and cancel if not required?
This does not appear to have happened.
So basically you have been paying for a full Which subscription to get all these Mags, so you can basically throw them out unopened? The world is not ruined by the wickedness of the wicked, but by the weakness of the good. Napoleon0
